Howdy,

Just wanted to let everyone know about a couple of incidents weve had on Brown drive.

We live in one of the houses next to the Brown Drive Block cut though. On Halloween night our fenced was spray painted with the word juiced on it. I saw a news report earlier in the month of October and apparently this is some new Gang that has showed up in the Austin Area.  They are apparently in our area too.

On Sat night/Sunday morning (Nov 24-25^th) around 12:30am we were startled by some kind of commotion in the street in front of our house. I grabbed a flash light and ran outside. As soon as I hit the front porch I found a teenaged boy up in our yard coming from in-between the neighbors house and mine. The boy in our yard ignored me questioning his presents as he was walking towards the 8-10 others in the street. Some were on foot some were on bicycles. This group was arguing with someone who I believe lives on the street behind us (Cornell dr. I think). This person was questioning/warning the group about messing with his vehicle. Some of our neighbors have mentioned vandalism involving grape fruit from the house behind ours. Including broken windows and such. (Weve found them smashed and thrown in our yard, but no damage yet). From the yelling and screaming I surmised that this group had been throwing fruit again.  

During the verbal exchange one of the group members had warned the neighbor that if he didnt leave them alone he would call the cops.  I shouted that I already had and they needed to go home.  This of course turned there attention towards me. As they started to scatter down Yale Drive, the barrage of posturing and profanity started. Among the usual drivel being spouted was Jucied.  So, Im guessing this is also the group responsible the graffiti on my fence and other of instances of graffiti/vandalism reported in the other areas of the neighborhood.

I of course alerted P-Ville PD and a few of my surrounding neighbors.

Texas is not the place to be messing around peoples homes. Especially at night. Nothing good can come of this behavior. Please know where your children are and what they are doing before something tragic happens.
